High school students immerse themselves in the rich traditions of Chinese tea culture during a detailed presentation, featuring traditional Chinese teas and traditional snacks, on November 18, 2025.

多伦多茶空间 Teamendous 茶室 为高年级学生带来了一场别开生面的中国茶文化互动宣讲活动。活动以年轻化的方式展示东方茶文化，帮助学生在紧张的学习节奏中找到更自然的平衡与专注。

Teamendous Tea House, recently to deliver an engaging Chinese Tea Culture Presentation for senior high school students. The event offered a youthful and modern introduction to Eastern tea culture, helping students discover natural ways to cultivate focus and balance in their academic lives.

一、从一片茶叶开始的文化之旅

A Cultural Journey Starting from a Single Tea Leaf

活动以一个提问开场：“喝茶为什么让人安静下来？” 随后，主讲老师系统讲解了 中国绿茶 的特点与文化价值，包括茶叶产地、采摘方式、制作工序等。学生们也第一次意识到：一杯茶，不只是饮品，更承载着东方文明的深厚底蕴。

The session began with a thought-provoking question: “Why does tea help us feel calm?” The speaker then gave a structured introduction to Chinese green tea, covering origin regions, harvesting methods, and key production techniques.

Many students realized for the first time that a cup of tea represents centuries of Eastern heritage and craftsmanship.

二、现场冲泡示范：一杯好茶如何诞生？

The highlight of the event was the live tea-brewing demonstration.

讲师以“水温、时间、茶量”为核心，分别示范了：

As the jasmine fragrance filled the room, students eagerly recorded videos and photos, fascinated by the unfolding tea leaves. One student remarked, “Brewing tea feels like doing a science experiment!”
